First of all, I think it's very good that the food is warm now. However, the employees do not wear their mask properly. And lately it always happened that you got the wrong sauces. I was very happy that the ranch dip was finally available, but I got sour cream. Dear McDonald's team, please change something!

The very last one arrives 1 hour before the restaurant closes. And you stand in front of the locked door 0 stars and an email directly to mc Donalds

In principle, I think the taps in the toilets should be contactless and the doors at the entrance and those from the toilet should also open without contact. Otherwise everything

So today it was really disappointing. The cola was so thin that you could see the bottom of the cup. Accordingly, it also tasted awful. The burgers 🍔 themselves were ok.

McDrive experience July 2020: Ordered via app and credit card set for payment. When ordering from the speaker due to bad German misunderstandings in the payment so that I had to pay on site because the payment was selected in the system by the staff. My mistake when issuing the bag was that the bag was not checked for completeness, at home it was found that the items were missing ... the quality management should make sure that the order is fully packed (for a good basis of trust between McD and customer) and that the employees speak enough German for perfect communication. The food was otherwise just McD-typical ok. Update September 2020: the last visits it was much better. Stars therefore raised to my personal average of visits

Cleanliness is not always given, otherwise small but nice

Long waiting times at the drive in, forgotten sauces for nuggets and you could look for the sauce on the MC Ribb. You were better already !

Food was good. Beeping bothers when eating soap really good

Tastes delicious and food is clearly prepared with love - you can see the passion in the chef too. Only something absolutely difficult is missing with 9/10 drive-in orders :(

I have been to McDonalds 6 times in the past six months and each time the staff have forgotten something. That can't be anymore. I've checked it every time, thank god! Today I ordered my burger without certain ingredients and did not pay attention to whether it was properly filled. At home I see: totally wrong again! What about me the employees? I will complain on my next visit!

Rude staff who forget paid products and like to discuss! Alone today on May 23, 2020 at 1.40 p.m. in Nagold could repeatedly shine to show that the customer does not get what he pays. But luckily there is competition that can do better !!!

We visited the restaurant today, at 10:40 pm on 10.06.19. Since there is a holiday and there are vouchers, the restaurant was as well visited as expected. Apart from the fact that I'm always upset about the listlessness, the unfriendly behavior and the incredibly slow way of working in whatever McDonald's (and that sadly not only for the employees but also for the shift leaders - so where should the employees learn something else) it was below average bad today! The place was unbelievably dirty (and we did not see anyone else during our stay looking for something else), our order took about 30 minutes (other tables that came later got their food) and the products were cold, old and faulty. My partner ordered a Royal TS with 2x extra meat and 2x extra cheese. It was ever forgotten once. He lined up with this burger to complain. (He was not allowed to proceed from the MAs) He had to wait another 10 minutes until he held his "new" burger in his hand. However, this was exactly the same as before, except that you have done another old patty and cheese on it. On demand was the reason: since he has not bitten off yet 👍 The shift supervisor did not care, she continued to stand between the cash register and the issue and looked at the others while working. Since the burger was already cold anyway, that did not make a big difference anymore ... My burger was also wrong, cold and old. But if I had been employed there, I would probably have failed. Perhaps I should mention that I completed my apprenticeship at McDonald's about 7 years ago and I know how the hare should actually run. SO definitely not. There should urgently be improved by the franchisee!
